The management of the Boavida Group, represented by Executive Director Álvaro Moniz, launched the second edition of the literacy and school reinforcement project, under the slogan: Boavida my school, which aims to train the group 's employees in the academic field. The event took place last Wednesday, May 24, at 4:30 p.m., in the cafeteria of condominium 5 of the Boavida Urbanization.

The project, launched in 2022, aims to strengthen the literacy process of the Boavida Group's employees in terms of reading, writing and speaking correctly, given the difficulty some employees have in signing lists.

With 45 employees already trained in the first edition, the new stage already has 56 registrations from employees of the different condominiums that make up the Boavida group.

In his opening speech, Boavida's Executive Director, Mr. Álvaro Moniz, highlighted the courage of the employees in asking their leaders for help in learning and encouraged them to continue on this path. He also reinforced the Board of Directors' willingness to support similar initiatives for other companies in the group.

Eng- Paulo Silva, General Manager of Shaolin, said he admired the employees for their courage to learn and guaranteed that it makes them better people in different areas of life.

The event was witnessed by directors from the various areas and companies of the Boavida group.
